📋 Description

• • As an Analytics Engineer at Eye Security, you will help turn the company's data into actionable decisions that drive business impact, working within a mission-driven cybersecurity organization that combines technology with embedded cyber insurance solutions for European organizations.
• • You will design, build, and maintain dbt models powering dashboards and metrics, partner with stakeholders to clarify true needs, build and improve Metabase dashboards, raise modeling standards, debug data quality issues end-to-end, participate in design discussions, and mentor junior engineers as the team grows.
• • You will join a small, focused data team that treats analytics as a product, working alongside senior data and analytics engineers in a scale-up environment with international footprint and a mission to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to all businesses.
• • You will own well-scoped analytics projects end-to-end, grow into broader ownership with direct mentorship, and develop expertise in building reliable analytics products that directly influence how the business makes decisions.
