📋 Description

• • As an Analytics Lead, Metrics at Lyft, you will own how key business metrics are defined, governed, and represented across data products, ensuring they are clearly defined, consistently applied, and trusted across multiple data sources.
• • Day to day, you will own canonical definitions of key business metrics, evolve them over time, maintain consistency across datasets and reporting, identify and resolve discrepancies, own dashboards and datasets used as sources of truth, and partner with Data Scientists to ensure consistent implementation of metric logic.
• • You will join Lyft’s Metrics Team, which plays a critical role in ensuring teams across the organization operate from a shared and accurate understanding of the business by establishing and upholding standards for metric accuracy, consistency, and governance.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in metric governance, data product reliability, and cross-functional alignment, gaining influence as a central point of coordination for metric-related questions while advancing your analytical and communication skills in a high-growth, data-driven environment.
