- • As an Architect I - SAP Solutions at Holman Enterprises, you will lead end-to-end S/4HANA FICO configuration and support, playing a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of financial operations across a global automotive services organization. Your work directly supports Holman’s mission to deliver the Holman Experience by enabling seamless financial processes that empower stakeholders and uphold the company’s commitment to integrity and excellence.
- • Day to day, you will design and configure SAP S/4HANA FICO modules with a focus on AP and GL, manage chart of accounts and ledgers, support month-end and year-end close activities, analyze and resolve financial posting issues, collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and enable integrations via IDocs and APIs, lead SIT/UAT testing cycles, own finance cutover planning, provide post-go-live support, and maintain functional documentation and process flows to drive continuous improvement in financial data accuracy and system reliability.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in SAP S/4HANA FICO configuration and implementation, gain exposure to complex end-to-end finance processes in a global enterprise, strengthen your stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, lead full lifecycle SAP projects from design to stabilization, and contribute to operational excellence by driving improvements in financial system monitoring, incident reduction, and compliance readiness—positioning you as a trusted finance technology leader within a values-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of hands-on SAP S/4 HANA FICO experience, including multiple implementations and support engagements
- • Strong expertise in S/4HANA Finance module configuration and implementation
- • Deep understanding of record-to-report and procure-to-pay processes
- • Experience in configuration, testing, and production support
- • Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
