- • As an Associate Art Director (Video) at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will bring sharp visual craft and creative energy to the company's video output, working from concept through final cut to help scale a disruptive pre-IPO startup in the car ownership space.
- • You will concept and produce video creative across paid social, CTV, and emerging channels, edit video directly using professional tools, leverage AI for ideation and production, and collaborate with media, growth, and senior creative teams to turn performance signals into effective ads.
- • Jerry Technologies Inc. is a pre-IPO AI-powered super app simplifying car ownership, backed by $240M in funding, with 40X revenue growth in four years, over 5 million customers, and a mission to scale to a $5B business through innovation in insurance, financing, maintenance, and safety.
- • You will grow rapidly in a talent-dense environment, gaining hands-on experience in performance creative, AI-augmented workflows, and brand-building, while developing a portfolio that positions you for senior creative leadership in a high-impact, fast-paced setting.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years in video creative, art direction, or production at a performance agency, in-house growth team, or content studio
- • Strong visual instincts with an eye for design, composition, pacing, and brand quality
- • Video editing fluency — ability to cut and iterate ads independently with polished results
- • Performance creative curiosity — understanding of what drives engagement (hooks, pacing, CTAs) in paid channels
- • Collaborative and eager mindset — comfortable in fast-paced environments and open to feedback from creative and analytics teams
- • AI fluency — experience experimenting with generative tools to accelerate production and expand creative possibilities
