- • The Associate, BizOps & Analytics role at Jerry Technologies Inc. is a high-impact position embedded within core business units such as Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships, where the individual will serve as an analytical powerhouse driving data-informed decisions that directly influence the company’s trajectory from 5M to 50M customers and toward a $10B valuation.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include defining the right business problems by challenging assumptions, pulling and structuring data using SQL, Python, and Metabase, building reports and dashboards, designing experiments, surfacing actionable insights, and driving outcomes by influencing stakeholders in product, growth, finance, and operations through clear, persuasive communication and end-to-end ownership of initiatives.
- • Jerry Technologies Inc. is a profitable, fast-growing tech company that has scaled revenue 70X since 2019, serves over 5M customers, and is expanding into home, motorcycle, and RV verticals to become the one-stop-shop for physical asset management; the BizOps & Analytics team consists of former McKinsey, BCG, and Bain consultants who operate with minimal bureaucracy, no slides or corporate fluff, and a strong bias toward execution and tangible impact.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, gain deep exposure to cross-functional business strategy, learn to translate data into executive-level decisions, and own measurable outcomes that directly contribute to company growth — all while working alongside egoless, curious teammates in a remote-first environment that values first-principles thinking and direct communication.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data using tools like SQL, Excel, or Python
- • Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable business impact
- • Clear, persuasive communicator capable of influencing decisions at the leadership level
- • First-principles thinker who defines the right problem before analyzing data
- • Owner mindset: takes responsibility for outcomes, even outside formal scope
