• • As a Business Operations Associate, you will be instrumental in driving data-informed decision-making across the company's most critical strategic initiatives. This includes spearheading efforts in carrier growth and development, as well as building new products from the ground up (0-1). You will be an integral part of the Business Operations & Analytics team, leveraging advanced machine learning models to conduct deep-dive analyses and uncover actionable insights that will directly shape our future growth strategies.
• • Jerry is at the forefront of building the first super app designed to make car ownership affordable and accessible. Our comprehensive platform addresses all aspects of car ownership, including insurance, buying/selling vehicles, registration, loans, safety features, repairs, and parking – a vast $2 trillion market in the U.S. Since our inception in 2019, we have rapidly expanded our offerings beyond insurance to include loan refinancing, driving insights, a repair marketplace, car diagnostics, and a cutting-edge GenAI-powered chatbot and voicebot. • • Your contributions will be pivotal in shaping our strategic direction. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Business Development, to seamlessly integrate customer performance insights into our user and partner acquisition strategies. This partnership will ensure that our growth initiatives are grounded in a deep understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics.
• • A key responsibility will be to lead the design, execution, and rigorous analysis of A/B experiments. You will test new and existing features, meticulously extracting key insights to inform and refine both our product roadmap and overarching business strategies. This experimental approach is central to our iterative development process and commitment to continuous improvement.
• • Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in defining, understanding, and testing the critical levers that drive profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth. This involves a deep dive into the economics of our growth channels and identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion.
