- • As an Associate Data Scientist at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will join a high-impact Data Science & Analytics team that has been instrumental in scaling the company to 5M+ customers and profitability by early 2024, driving data-informed decisions across product, growth, tech, and operations.
- • You will be embedded in one of Jerry’s core business areas — Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships — where you will own the end-to-end analytical function, from defining the right business questions to surfacing insights and driving outcomes that influence key metrics and strategic initiatives.
- • Your day-to-day will involve defining problems using first principles, pulling and analyzing data via SQL and Python, building reports and experiments in Metabase and Jupyter Hub, and communicating findings directly to stakeholders to inform decisions without relying on slides or corporate fluff.
- • You will work alongside former McKinsey, BCG, and Bain consultants in a lean, execution-focused team of 14 insatiable learners who prioritize tangible impact over process, owning critical domains and pushing initiatives from insight to action.
- • This role offers the opportunity to grow from 5M to 50M customers and help build a $10B business by shaping how data drives decisions in one of the fastest-growing super apps in the U.S., with direct exposure to high-stakes, cross-functional challenges.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data using SQL or Python
- • Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable business impact
- • Clear, persuasive communicator capable of influencing leadership-level decisions through precise writing and speaking
