📋 Description
- • The Associate Director of Data Management Operations leads three specialized operational teams responsible for Identity, Consumer, and HCP data processes, ensuring consistent excellence across all data domains by driving quality, standardization, SLA compliance, and efficient delivery of data for internal products, measurement solutions, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading, mentoring, and developing managers and specialists across Identity, Consumer, and HCP Data Management Operations; setting goals, KPIs, and performance expectations; overseeing end-to-end operational workflows for data ingestion, transformation, QA, and delivery; serving as the senior escalation point for operational issues; partnering with product, engineering, and development teams to translate product needs into operational requirements; ensuring compliance with regulatory, privacy, and data handling requirements; developing multi-quarter operational improvement plans; leading automation and workflow optimization initiatives; and acting as the senior point of contact for internal teams requesting data support while communicating roadmaps, priorities, timelines, and risks to leadership.
- • The team operates within IQVIA, a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights, and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries, where the role sits at the intersection of operations, data quality, compliance, and product development, supporting reliable execution today while building scalable processes for tomorrow.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years in data management, data operations, data engineering, or related functions
- • 4+ years of people leadership, including managing multiple teams or domains
- • Experience with identity data, consumer data, or healthcare data strongly preferred
- • Strong understanding of data ingestion, mapping, QC, transformation, and operational SLAs
- • Proven track record building scalable, automated, and compliant data processes
- • Excellent communication, relationship building, and cross-functional leadership skills
