📋 Description
- • Lead and execute economic models, including cost-effectiveness, budget impact, cost-consequence, early value, and other innovative frameworks, while developing model analysis plans, conceptual frameworks, parameter selection, and technical documentation.
- • Build, adapt, and quality-check models primarily in Excel and VBA (required), and apply R and R-Shiny where appropriate for analytical needs, automation, reproducible workflows, or interactive tools.
- • Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery, coordinate project team tasks, provide structure and direction to junior team members, and serve as a line manager and mentor for junior staff.
- • Identify potential follow-on opportunities within existing client accounts, draft proposal text, budgets, scopes, and methodologies, and contribute to capability presentations and thought leadership in modeling innovation and pragmatic analytics.
🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s degree in health economics, public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, health policy, economics, or related field (PhD preferred).
- • 5–8 years of experience in HEOR economic modeling or similar consulting environment.
- • Strong proficiency in Excel and VBA for model development and adaptation.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- • Strong organizational skills and experience managing project tasks.
- • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, multi-regional teams.
