📋 Description

• • The Associate Director HEOR Economic Modeling leads the development and execution of health economic models to support innovators in demonstrating value for next-generation therapies, including gene therapies, rare disease treatments, and advanced biologics.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading economic model execution (cost-effectiveness, budget impact, early value frameworks), developing analysis plans and technical documentation, building and quality-checking models in Excel and VBA, applying R and R-Shiny for automation and interactive tools, evaluating AI tools for modeling enhancement, drafting HTA-ready reports, managing project timelines and junior staff, identifying follow-on opportunities, drafting proposals, and contributing to thought leadership in modeling innovation.
• • The role sits within Precision AQ’s Value Demonstration & Economic Modeling (VDEM) team, collaborating with modeling experts across Precision’s US, Canada, and Europe groups, as well as pricing, evidence strategy, and global modeling colleagues to strengthen access strategies and inform payer engagement.
• • The Associate Director will grow into a future modeling leader by shaping the adoption of R-based and AI-enabled modeling, influencing how modeling informs pricing and payer evidence, and contributing to the evolution of modern modeling practices through innovation-driven, cross-functional work.
