- • As an Associate Manager, Business Applications at Stryker Corporation, you will drive the systems (Salesforce) that power commercial success, leading and contributing to critical platforms and integrations that keep teams connected and performing at their best in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
- • Day to day, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of Business and Platform Analysts, manage end-to-end incident response as escalation lead, execute and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot complex issues across Salesforce, mobile applications, CPQ systems, and integrations, prioritize work across incidents and enhancements, participate in on-call rotation, maintain documentation and SOPs, and identify process improvements to increase delivery efficiency and release quality.
- • You will join Stryker Corporation, a global leader in medical technology, where you’ll work within a matrixed, regulated enterprise environment supporting commercial operations through robust business applications.
- • In this role, you can develop leadership and technical expertise in enterprise CRM systems, gain experience in incident management and release cycles, strengthen people management skills, and make a measurable impact on operational predictability and team performance in a fast-paced, innovative healthcare technology company.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree
- • Minimum 6 years of experience supporting Salesforce or enterprise CRM platforms
- • Experience in incident management, system enhancements, and release cycles in enterprise applications
