📋 Description

• • The Associate Manager, Partner Analytics & Insights is a hands-on, player-coach role responsible for delivering high-quality analytics, reporting, and insights while directly managing a small team of analysts. This role balances people leadership with day-to-day analytical execution, supporting the Enterprise Partnerships team at Strayer University, Inc.
• • Day to day, the person will perform advanced data analysis to support enterprise partnerships and operational performance, build and maintain dashboards and executive-level reporting using BI tools, write and review SQL queries and analytical models, deliver ad hoc analyses in response to business questions, and mentor a small team of analysts by reviewing output, providing feedback, assigning work, and collaborating on complex analyses.
• • The team is part of Strayer University, Inc., which operates under Strategic Education, Inc. (SEI), an organization focused on providing accessible education and supporting enterprise partnerships through data-driven decision-making. The role acts as the primary analytics partner for Enterprise Partnerships and liaises with SEI’s shared service analytics team.
• • The person can learn to deepen their expertise in SQL, PowerBI, and BigQuery while developing leadership skills in mentoring analysts, improving reporting automation, and influencing business strategy through data-backed insights in QBRs, planning sessions, and leadership meetings.
