  • As an Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our engineering talent landscape. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end hiring process for critical software engineering functions, encompassing backend, mobile, desktop, infrastructure, and product engineering domains. Your primary focus will be on partnering closely with our founding teams, senior leadership, and engineering leaders to meticulously identify, attract, and secure high-caliber technical talent from around the world. This role demands exceptional judgment, a commitment to speed and efficiency, advanced sourcing capabilities, and a profound understanding of what constitutes engineering talent quality, extending far beyond the superficial review of resumes and brand recognition.
  • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning the complete hiring lifecycle for your assigned roles, from the initial intake meeting with hiring managers to the final candidate close. You will be instrumental in building robust talent pipelines from the ground up, employing a multi-faceted approach that includes direct sourcing, leveraging employee referrals, and executing targeted outreach campaigns to passive candidates. A key aspect of your role will be to drive hiring decisions based on clear, quantifiable signals rather than solely relying on subjective interview feedback, ensuring a data-informed and objective selection process. You will proactively manage the recruitment process, ensuring momentum is maintained by removing bottlenecks, diligently chasing feedback from interviewers, and expertly closing selected candidates.
  • Furthermore, you will be empowered to redesign and refine our interview questions, scorecards, and assessment methodologies to systematically elevate our hiring bar and ensure we are attracting the most qualified individuals. You will continuously analyze and improve our recruitment processes, focusing on enhancing speed, quality, and consistency across all hiring initiatives. A significant part of your contribution will involve building and enhancing our employer brand presence through compelling content creation, strategic messaging, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint. You will also be responsible for managing multiple requisitions simultaneously, demonstrating speed, accuracy, and consistency in your execution.
