- • The Associate Principal is a mid-level engineering role responsible for leading small- to mid-scale, multi-discipline projects with growing independence, guiding projects from programming through closeout to ensure quality and constructability.
- • Day to day, you will clarify requirements, coordinate design, document decisions, maintain alignment with scope, schedule, and budget, surface risks early, and ensure deliverables meet TEECOM’s standards.
- • You will work within TEECOM’s engineering team, contributing to GitHub, improving standards and tools, mentoring Designers and engineers, and strengthening internal discipline and capability.
- • In this role, you will develop credibility through thought-leadership activities, build strong client relationships, and grow your influence in shaping TEECOM’s systems, documentation, and delivery while reinforcing disciplined engineering practices.
