- • As a Senior Product Analyst at TruStage, you will drive data-informed decisions for the Auto/Home program by conducting in-depth product and program analysis, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering actionable insights that shape strategy and enhance consumer experience.
- • Day to day, you will partner with the Senior Product Manager and Director to develop and manage KPIs, build models to support program strategy, analyze product performance across partners and industry trends, conduct deep-dive analyses on ROI and customer journey, collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Actuarial, Operations), serve as a Business Data Steward for auto/home product data, and monitor competitive landscape and industry benchmarks.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- • 5+ years experience in product analytics, business analysis, or a similar role
- • Proficiency in advanced analytics methods and experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI); knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
- • Strong understanding of data modeling, data visualization, and reporting best practices
- • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable way
- • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
