  • • Join iCapital Network's dynamic A/V Team as an Associate AV Engineer, a pivotal role in supporting our rapidly expanding global corporate A/V infrastructure.
  • • This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge technology environment, working collaboratively across multiple international locations including the US, Canada, Portugal, Switzerland, London, Singapore, Japan, and Hong Kong.
  • • You will report directly to the A/V Lead, becoming an integral part of a team responsible for the entire lifecycle of Audio-Visual systems, from initial design and implementation to ongoing support, maintenance, and live event execution.
  • • A core aspect of this role involves managing and maintaining our robust Microsoft Teams and Zoom collaboration software architecture, ensuring seamless communication and high-quality virtual interactions for all iCapital employees.
  • • You will serve as a key point of contact (POC) for assigned A/V project installations, meticulously coordinating project timelines and managing vendor relationships to guarantee successful and timely deployments.
  • • This involves detailed planning, resource allocation, and proactive communication to ensure all installation milestones are met efficiently and effectively.
  • • As a POC for live events, you will be instrumental in orchestrating all A/V requirements, liaising closely with Event stakeholders to understand their needs and performing on-site pre-event kickoffs to ensure flawless execution.
  • • Your responsibilities will extend to providing both on-site and remote support for a wide array of A/V systems, including conference room setups, digital signage, and live event technology across all our global offices.
  • • This hands-on support ensures that our technology infrastructure remains operational and meets the high standards expected by our users.
  • • You will perform essential Tier 1 level on-site A/V service and maintenance, addressing immediate issues and conducting routine checks to prevent potential disruptions.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve the administration and backend management of our corporate Microsoft Teams and Zoom accounts, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • • This includes managing user accounts, configuring settings, and troubleshooting any platform-related issues.

  • • You will be responsible for conducting thorough quality checks on A/V equipment and vendor work, ensuring that all installations and services meet our stringent quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of experience in the service, maintenance, installation, and support of Audio-Visual integrated systems, including live events, digital signage, and conference room equipment.
  • • Strong knowledge of A/V collaboration technologies such as DTEN, Neat, Polycom, Crestron, Logitech, and BiAmp.
  • • Experience with Zoom platform administration (Zoom Meeting, Zoom Phone, Zoom Room) and Microsoft Office 365 administration (Teams, Room, and Equipment resources).
  • • Familiarity with Project Management platforms (e.g., Monday.com) and the ability to read/assess construction drawings, A/V line diagrams, and schematics.
  • • Experience with Apple macOS, iOS, Windows, and Android operating systems.
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
