  • • Join International Health and Medical Services (IHMS) as a Behavioral Health Data Analyst and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of global health and wellbeing solutions. IHMS, a leader in medical and security risk management, delivers customized, innovative services to enable clients to operate safely and effectively worldwide. Since 1984, we have established a presence in 92 countries, providing integrated medical solutions powered by cutting-edge technology and deep expertise. Our commitment to prevention and real-time, actionable insights, coupled with on-the-ground quality delivery, sets us apart. We manage over 800 clinical sites globally, many offering inpatient care, and employ a vast team of 12,000 staff, including 5,200 dedicated medical and behavioral health providers.
  • • In this remote role, you will be instrumental in leveraging data to enhance our behavioral health services. You will dive deep into complex datasets, transforming raw information into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making and improve patient outcomes. Your work will directly contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of our global behavioral health programs, supporting diverse populations in challenging environments.
  • • As a Behavioral Health Data Analyst, your core responsibilities will include collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data related to our behavioral health services. This involves identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data to understand service utilization, patient demographics, treatment effectiveness, and operational performance. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and visualizations that clearly communicate findings to various stakeholders, including clinical teams, management, and clients.
  • • You will collaborate closely with behavioral health professionals, IT teams, and other data stakeholders to define data requirements, ensure data integrity, and implement data quality improvements. This collaborative approach is crucial for building robust data models and analytical frameworks that support our mission.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve conducting statistical analysis to assess the impact of interventions, evaluate program effectiveness, and identify areas for service enhancement. You will use your analytical skills to uncover insights that can lead to more personalized care plans, optimized resource allocation, and proactive risk mitigation strategies.
  • • You will also be involved in forecasting future trends and needs within behavioral health, using historical data and predictive modeling techniques. This forward-looking analysis will help IHMS anticipate challenges and opportunities, ensuring we remain at the forefront of global health solutions.
  • • Furthermore, you will contribute to the development and refinement of data collection tools and methodologies, ensuring that we gather accurate and relevant information. This includes staying abreast of best practices in data management, analysis, and reporting within the healthcare and behavioral health sectors.
  • • Your expertise will be vital in supporting the design and evaluation of new behavioral health programs and initiatives. By providing data-driven evidence, you will help shape the direction of our services, ensuring they are impactful, scalable, and aligned with client needs.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. You should be comfortable working independently in a remote setting while also being an effective team player.
  • • This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals worldwide by contributing to the advancement of behavioral health services in global and remote contexts. You will be part of a dynamic organization dedicated to providing high-quality care and support, leveraging data to achieve our ambitious goals.
