- • As the Brand Manager, Channel Development at Once Upon a Farm, you will be at the forefront of driving significant growth and enhancing brand equity across our key Club channels (Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s), Alternative Channels, and the crucial Ecommerce landscape.
- • This pivotal role reports directly to the Senior Brand Manager, Marketing, and is designed for a curious, ambitious, and impact-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses a passion for brand building.
- • You will be instrumental in developing and executing tailored strategies that align with both Once Upon a Farm’s overarching brand objectives and the specific needs of our diverse customer base within these unique retail environments.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of brand management, including strategic planning, commercialization, P&L management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the sustained success and profitability of our products in these high-volume and strategically important channels.
- • A key aspect of this role involves deep collaboration with Sales teams to understand customer needs, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into actionable plans that drive velocity and market share.
- • You will partner closely with the Innovation team to support the successful launch of new products, ensuring they are effectively positioned and marketed within the specified channels to maximize their potential.
- • Financial acumen is essential, as you will work with the Finance department to manage budgets, forecast sales, and analyze the profitability of various SKUs and promotional activities.
- • Supply Chain collaboration will be critical to ensure product availability, manage inventory levels, and optimize logistics to meet demand, particularly in the fast-paced Club and Ecommerce environments.
- • This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong bias for action, capable of challenging the status quo and leading initiatives through proactive execution.
- • You will be responsible for developing compelling go-to-market strategies for new product introductions and existing product lines, ensuring they resonate with the target audience and meet commercial objectives.
- • Analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behavior within Club, Alternative, and Ecommerce channels will be a core function, informing strategic decisions and identifying areas for differentiation.
- • You will manage the brand's presence and performance on key ecommerce platforms, optimizing product listings, managing online promotions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- • Developing and executing promotional plans, including trade promotions and consumer-facing offers, will be a key responsibility to drive trial, repeat purchase, and overall sales volume.
- • You will be responsible for tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for your assigned channels, providing regular updates to senior leadership and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- • This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, identifying potential roadblocks and developing creative solutions to ensure project success.
- • You will contribute to the overall marketing strategy by providing channel-specific insights and recommendations, ensuring a cohesive and integrated brand approach across all touchpoints.
