• • Lead the implementation of a budgeting tool to transition the organization from Excel-based templates to a dedicated system, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment with business needs.
• • Manage end-to-end project execution including requirements gathering, configuration of budgeting models, workflows, and reporting, while serving as the main liaison between stakeholders and technical teams or vendors.
