📋 Description

• The Business Analytics Advisor supports the Client and Customer Experience (C&CE) Workforce Management team by delivering high-quality analytics, reporting, and insights that enable effective operational decision-making and performance management across multiple lines of business.
• Day to day, the role involves leveraging data to answer business questions through data extraction, analysis using SQL, Python, or PySpark, building and maintaining dashboards and reports, ensuring data quality, responding to ad hoc requests, and collaborating with stakeholders to align analytics with operational needs.
• The role sits within Evernorth, part of The Cigna Group, a organization dedicated to improving health and vitality through Cigna Healthcare and Evernorth Health Services, serving clients, customers, and patients across employer, pharmacy, individual, and family plans.
• The person can develop deep expertise in workforce management analytics, advance technical skills in data tools and scripting, influence operational strategy through trusted insights, and grow as a subject-matter expert relied upon for data-driven decision support in a large enterprise environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, business, or a related field
• Two years of relevant experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, subqueries, and performance optimization
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex data clearly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
