📋 Description
- • As a Business Analytics Advisor in Specialty Care Collaboration, you will transform complex health data into actionable insights that drive value-based care programs, improving affordability, quality, and patient outcomes across the healthcare system.
- • Day to day, you will design and influence value-based payment programs, lead advanced analyses on healthcare and specialty care data, build and maintain financial and analytic models, partner with clinical and technical teams to embed insights into tools, and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders to inform strategy.
- • You will join an ambitious, collaborative team at The Cigna Group that values curiosity, compassion, and continuous learning, working alongside passionate experts across Cigna Healthcare and Evernorth Health Services to enhance the lives of clients and patients.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare analytics, strengthen your ability to translate data into strategic decisions, and contribute to meaningful improvements in care delivery while advancing your skills in statistical modeling, healthcare economics, and cross-functional partnership.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, value-based care analytics, or related research roles
- • Strong experience working with healthcare data such as medical claims, clinical, pharmacy, and eligibility data
- • Advanced analytical skills using SQL and tools such as SAS, R, and/or Python
- • Solid grounding in statistical methods including regression, confidence intervals, power analysis, and model validation
- • Working knowledge of value-based care models such as ACOs, episodes, or bundled payments
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
