  • • As a BDR, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, driving new business acquisition through high-volume outbound engagement. This is a hands-on, dynamic role for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys direct engagement with prospects, and is motivated by achieving ambitious activity-driven goals.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with potential customers, effectively communicate the value proposition of Clipboard Health's platform, and generate qualified leads for our Account Executive team. This involves making a significant volume of outbound calls each week, engaging in persuasive pitching, and adeptly handling prospect inquiries and objections.
  • • Success in this role is directly tied to your consistent daily activity levels, the quality of your conversations, and the pipeline of qualified opportunities you generate. We are looking for individuals who are resilient, don't shy away from rejection, and are eager to learn and adapt their approach based on real-time feedback.
  • • You will be a key contributor to refining our sales messaging. By actively listening to prospects and understanding their needs and challenges, you will provide valuable insights to leadership, helping us to continuously improve our outreach strategies and product positioning.
  • • This is a metrics-driven position where your performance will be tracked through key performance indicators related to outreach volume, conversion rates, and pipeline development.   • • As part of a global, remote team of over 700 professionals, you will collaborate with colleagues across different time zones.   • • You will be responsible for meticulously tracking all outreach activities and their outcomes within our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and providing a clear view of your progress and the sales funnel.

You will be pitching our unique solution to prospective customers, highlighting how Clipboard Health can solve their staffing challenges and improve their operational efficiency.
