  • • Join Freshworks Inc. as a Business Development Representative and become the engine that fuels our next wave of growth. In this high-impact, quota-carrying role you will own the top of the funnel for one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the world, turning cold accounts into warm, revenue-ready opportunities for our award-winning sales organization.
  • • You will use an intent-based approach to prioritize and target accounts, leveraging a sophisticated stack of research tools to surface the prospects who are most likely to buy right now. Every morning you will open your dashboard knowing exactly which companies are showing buying signals, which personas are engaging, and which plays will move the needle—no spray-and-pray, just precision.
  • • You will conduct cold outreach through a multi-threaded strategy that spans phone, email, LinkedIn, video, and whatever new channel emerges next. Expect to craft hyper-personalized sequences that speak to the CFO’s cost-saving mandate on Monday and the VP of Customer Experience’s NPS goals on Tuesday. You will test, iterate, and optimize messaging daily, turning data into dialogue and dialogue into booked meetings.
  • • You will qualify prospects at every altitude—from end-user managers to C-suite executives—using both BANT and MEDDPICC frameworks. Your discovery calls will uncover technical, economic, and political buying criteria, allowing you to hand off crystal-clear opportunities to Account Executives who will thank you for the thoroughness of your notes and the quality of your lead packages.
  • • You will manage inbound leads from events, content syndication, paid media, and product trials, acting as the first human touchpoint in the buyer journey. You will triage fast, qualify in or out faster, and route the right leads to the right reps—all while protecting the customer experience and maintaining SLAs that keep Marketing happy and Sales productive.
  • • You will create qualified pipeline at a pace that directly influences quarterly revenue targets. When the company celebrates record ARR, you will know your SDR-sourced logo count and dollar value played a starring role. You will track your contribution in real time, celebrating small wins daily and big wins loudly.
  • • You will develop an ironclad partnership with your aligned Account Executives, attending weekly pipeline councils, strategizing on named accounts, and co-authoring account plans that map economic buyers, champions, and blockers. Together you will run coordinated plays that compress deal cycles and expand deal sizes.
  • • You will become the undisputed expert on the entire Freshworks portfolio—Freshdesk, Freshservice, Freshsales, Freshmarketer, and more. You will demo features, share ROI calculators, and translate technical specs into business outcomes so clearly that prospects feel you’ve been in their shoes.
  • • You will live in our CRM (Salesforce) like it’s your second inbox, logging every call, email, and task with fanatical attention to detail. Clean data equals accurate forecasting, and accurate forecasting equals trust from leadership and bigger territories for you.
  • • You will meet—and then exceed—quarterly quota targets, earning accelerators that can double your on-target earnings. You will ring the office gong, see your name climb the leaderboard, and post LinkedIn updates that make your network ask, “How do I get in on that?”
  • • This is an onsite role five days a week in our Boston, MA office, located in the Seaport District. You will sit shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, absorbing tribal knowledge, sharing real-time market feedback, and grabbing cold brew on tap when you need a victory sip after booking that elusive Fortune 500 meeting.
