- • Provide wide analytics support to multiple lines of business while offering dedicated support for the largest and most complex strategic partnerships within the North American Fleet line of business.
- • Utilize enterprise data platforms, BI tools, and data visualization platforms—specifically Snowflake, Tableau, and Business Objects—to conduct data discovery and storytelling.
- • Create, maintain, and deploy custom dashboards, trend analyses, and operational reports for key stakeholder groups across the organization.
- • Develop both standard and ad-hoc reports to identify, illustrate, and monitor trends and issues within portfolio data for the U.S. and Canada.
- • Perform ongoing analysis of data patterns, changes, and anomalies to uncover underlying factors influencing business performance.
- • Conduct industry trend analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic decision-making.
- • Proactively investigate data irregularities and recommend improvements to services and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- • Fulfill prioritized ad hoc report requests from Sales and Marketing teams to support tactical initiatives.
- • Deliver insight and direction on the “Four A’s” of portfolio analysis: Acquisition, Approval, Activation, and Attrition.
- • Forecast portfolio volume against contractual obligations on a monthly basis.
- • Partner with Service Delivery leadership to identify coaching needs, develop tracking systems, and report results to stakeholders on a recurring basis.
- • Collaborate with Management to evaluate and initiate revenue enhancement opportunities, product improvements, and process optimizations.
- • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product, IT, and Finance teams to strategically leverage data and align on business objectives.
- • Translate complex data analyses into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that guide business partners and customers.
- • Act as a data consultant by embedding insights into strategic and tactical planning processes.
- • Travel occasionally to present findings at strategic offsite meetings with partners and internal stakeholders.
- • Experiment with AI integration to enhance data interpretation and improve the delivery of analytical value.
- • Ensure all reporting and analytical outputs are accurate, timely, and tailored to meet the specific needs of diverse business units.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2 years of experience in a relevant industry or a reporting and analytics role
- • BS or MS degree in Sales and Marketing, Data Analytics, Data Science, or commensurate experience
- • Technical proficiency in SQL/PSQL, enterprise BI tools (prefer Business Objects), and visualization tools (prefer Tableau)
- • Curious, forward-thinking mindset with ability to experiment with AI integration to transform data interpretation
- • Firm grasp of sales, marketing, and B2B go-to-market strategies
- • Ability to translate data-driven analyses into actionable insights and communicate findings effectively to business and customer stakeholders
