- • Develop and maintain business intelligence and data analytics standards and best practices.
- • Leverage data and analytics to answer moderately complex questions and influence business strategy through communication of findings to management.
- • Utilize data and analytics expertise to coach and develop less experienced analysts.
- • Communicate and present project information to team and provide presentations/updates to management.
- • Establish, modify, document and communicate standards of practice around data retrieval, data manipulation, data quality, data reporting and data analytics.
- • Compile, clean, organize and analyze moderately complex data to understand business results.
- • Monitor and evaluate business initiatives against key performance indicators and communicate results and recommendations to management.
- • Make the business insights derived from data analytics accessible to those without technical skills.
- • Provide technical expertise in advanced Power BI dashboard development, including building and enhancing line-of-business reporting for Claims and expanding analytical insights across existing projects.
- • Partner with stakeholders to present findings, articulate reporting products, and translate technical insights into clear business recommendations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2 or more years of experience.
- • 4-year Bachelor’s degree.
- • Prior experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- • Power BI technical expertise preferred, including experience building dashboards, enhancing reporting capabilities, and developing analytical insights for business stakeholders.
- • Experience with data languages and database tools such as SQL, DAX, M Code, or Oracle preferred; candidates do not need to have experience with all.
