📋 Description
- • The Business Intelligence Lead will provide the Humana Consumer Digital team with data-driven insights around the provider finder tool, a critical touchpoint in the member experience, by developing datasets, tools, analyses, and visualizations to inform product strategy and roadmaps.
- • Day to day, the role involves collecting, integrating, analyzing, and presenting provider finder data to identify value creation opportunities, define key metrics, build and maintain Power BI dashboards, analyze search behavior for friction points, and present complex analysis to senior leaders to guide product direction.
- • The role is embedded within Humana’s Consumer Digital team, supporting a member-facing provider finder tool used by millions, and operates as a high-impact individual contributor in direct partnership with product leadership to improve member experience and search relevance.
- • The person in this role will learn to lead the full analytics lifecycle autonomously, deepen expertise in healthcare digital product analytics, master advanced Power BI and SQL applications on behavioral data, and develop storytelling skills to translate data into strategic product decisions that impact member outcomes and business performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, product analytics, or a related function within a consumer-facing product organization
- • Advanced proficiency in PowerBI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design for product and executive audiences
- • Strong SQL skills with demonstrated experience querying and structuring web behavioral data
- • Experience working with URL-based or clickstream data such as query strings, session logs or UTM parameters
- • Experience defining product metrics, establishing baselines, and measuring initiative impact end-to-end
- • Experience supporting A/B testing and experimentation reporting, including familiarity with statistical significance and lift analysis
- • Ability to operate autonomously as an individual contributor, owning prioritization, stakeholder relationships and delivery without direct reports
- • Storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for product and business audiences
