📋 Description
- • Support management and senior staff in the research, analysis, and development of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, including identifying data quality issues and assisting in their resolution.
- • Provide training and support to end users on BI solutions and the IBI data warehouse, develop end-user documentation and communication plans, and assist in developing proposals and business cases.
- • Analyze the impact of changes to actuarial, underwriting, sales, processing, and claims procedures/systems on data and reporting requirements, and participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
- • Maintain Competency Center documents, assist in developing data management quality assurance standards, and contribute to a hybrid work environment with occasional office collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- • College-level coursework in Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, Insurance, or a related field.
- • Programming experience using SAS, Easytrieve, SQL, HTML, and JavaScript, including creating web pages and PC software applications (MS Office, Excel, Access).
- • Experience in auditing, balancing, and reconciling data, analyzing procedures to identify and correct errors, and preparing reports, correspondence, and project plans.
