📋 Description
- • As a Business Quantitative Analyst at Nebraska Blue Cross and Blue Shield, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that support business decision-making and improve member experiences. Your work directly contributes to optimizing operations and enhancing the quality of healthcare services delivered to communities across Nebraska and beyond.
- • Day to day, you will pull data from multiple sources to support assigned business units with daily operations and strategic initiatives, including both ad hoc and scheduled reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data collection and analysis follow best practices, assist in designing and modifying database objects such as tables, views, and stored procedures, and automate data scrubbing and testing processes to ensure data quality and reliability.
