- • Your position is central to Alan's unique value proposition, where the goal is to demystify complex healthcare inquiries and transform them into simple, human-centric experiences that empower individuals to live healthier lives.
- • A significant portion of your role, approximately 80%, will be dedicated to providing this exceptional member support. This hands-on experience will build your expertise and understanding of our members' evolving needs.
- • The remaining 20% of your time will be dedicated to driving innovative Care projects. This is where you can leverage your unique expertise and passion to contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of Alan's Care offering.
- • As you grow within the role, you will have opportunities for project leadership. This could involve identifying and implementing key process improvements within the Care team, transforming data-driven insights into actionable strategies, and leading these initiatives from conception to successful completion.

You will have the opportunity to build high-performing project teams and actively shape the future direction and strategy of the Care department at Alan.
