- • Join Brightline, a leading innovator in pediatric mental health, and make a profound impact on the lives of children, adolescents, and families in Massachusetts. We are seeking passionate, licensed Child and Adolescent Behavioral Therapists to deliver exceptional virtual care. This is an opportunity to be part of a mission-driven organization dedicated to providing evidence-based, accessible, and high-quality mental health services.
- • As a therapist at Brightline, you will be at the forefront of delivering comprehensive care to individuals up to age 18. Your role will encompass providing ongoing individual and group therapy, developing personalized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs, and skillfully applying evidence-based interventions. A core aspect of this position is the commitment to measurement-based care, ensuring that progress is tracked and interventions are adapted for optimal outcomes.
- • You will work with a diverse range of common childhood and adolescent concerns, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), behavioral challenges, and trauma-related presentations. Your expertise will be crucial in helping young people navigate these difficulties and build resilience.
- • Collaboration is key to our success. You will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, working alongside other clinicians to provide holistic support. This includes engaging in peer consultation, sharing insights, and collectively problem-solving to enhance client care. Continuous professional development is also a cornerstone of our practice, ensuring you remain at the cutting edge of therapeutic practices.
- • This role offers flexibility, with options for both Full-Time (35 hours per week) and Part-Time (20 hours per week) positions. We require availability during our core operating hours, which are Monday through Friday, either from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM EST or 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST. This structure allows for a healthy work-life balance while ensuring consistent support for our members.
- • Brightline is committed to fostering a clinician-led culture that values connection, support, and community. We believe in empowering our therapists, providing them with the resources and autonomy needed to deliver outstanding care. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing practice that is nationally recognized for its clinical excellence and innovative approach.
- • Our virtual care model is designed for accessibility and convenience, allowing you to provide impactful therapy from the comfort of your own home. You will leverage technology to connect with clients, build therapeutic alliances, and facilitate meaningful change. Experience in providing care virtually is highly valued, and we provide support to ensure a seamless remote work experience.
- • We are deeply committed to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). We strive to create an environment where all families can access inclusive, high-quality care and where our employees can show up authentically, reach their highest potential, and thrive. You will be joining a team that systematically evaluates and improves its practices to ensure every individual is valued and respected.
- • Brightline's innovative approach has been recognized by Fast Company and Behavioral Health Business, highlighting our commitment to transforming mental healthcare for young people. Our practice offers a range of services, including therapy, psychiatry, and psychological testing, and we have specialized programs for anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and disruptive behaviors. You will be part of a practice backed by esteemed organizations such as Boston Children’s Hospital, Northwell Health, and Google Ventures.
- • This role is ideal for a therapist who is passionate about evidence-based practices, skilled in a variety of therapeutic modalities, and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children and adolescents. If you are looking for a supportive, collaborative, and forward-thinking environment where you can grow your career and contribute to a vital mission, we encourage you to apply.
