📋 Description
- • Work with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions in the pharmaceutical sector.
- • Analyze and synthesize complex pharmaceutical transaction data from relational databases to optimize product development, marketing techniques, and business strategies.
- • Develop custom data models, algorithms, and interactive data visualizations (reports and dashboards) to support user stories and deliver actionable insights.
- • Drive discussions with business and technology partners on data context, implications, and strategic recommendations derived from analytical findings.
- • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements including automation of manual workflows, optimization of data models, and redesign of visualizations for scalability.
- • Implement observability tools to monitor data quality, user engagement, and system performance to inform strategic product enhancements and process refinements.
- • Perform root cause analysis on logic changes and data bugs to uncover opportunities for product and process improvement.
- • Create and maintain comprehensive product-related documentation including project plans, business requirements, and technical specifications.
- • Communicate technical specifications clearly to ensure proper implementation of data queries, analytics techniques, and final deliverables across teams.
- • Comply with all regulatory requirements including HIPAA and adhere to industry-leading practices for data handling and privacy.
- • Mentor junior team members in data analytics best practices, tool usage, and analytical thinking.
- • Serve as the technical liaison between business users and technology teams to bridge communication gaps and align data initiatives with business goals.
- • Contribute to innovative strategies by researching, evaluating, and implementing new data-centric analytics approaches that reflect evolving industry trends.
- • Maintain a self-directed approach to managing multiple projects, systems, and products with high volume and tight deadlines.
- • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and project directions in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- • Demonstrate strong ownership of projects, proactively anticipating needs and developing efficiencies without direct supervision.
- • Utilize exceptional verbal and written communication skills to build collaborative relationships with clients, account representatives, and clinical team members.
- • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into strategic business recommendations.
- • Continuously learn and master new technologies, tools, and analytical techniques to enhance data capabilities and outcomes.
