📋 Description
- • The Client Services Business Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of services and solutions to clients, requiring technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellence.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing client requirements and translating them into technical specifications, ensuring data accuracy and integrity through quality checks, owning client jobs to ensure timely delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining clear communication with clients, responding to client tickets, contributing to team meetings, taking accountability for deliverables, developing and deploying T-SQL scripts, implementing ETL processes, following established procedures, maintaining documentation, evaluating data appropriateness for ad hoc requests, contributing well-documented code, and performing other assigned duties.
- • Precision AQ, LLC is part of Precision Medicine Group, an equal opportunity employer focused on delivering healthcare data solutions. The role is hybrid, requiring one day per week in the Indianapolis office, with remote work otherwise permitted.
- • The person in this role will develop strong technical and client-facing skills, gain experience in healthcare data analytics, improve proficiency in T-SQL and ETL processes, enhance project ownership and accountability, and grow their ability to translate technical work into business value for clients in a regulated industry.
🎯 Requirements
- • Undergraduate degree
- • Experience with relational databases
- • Proficiency in T-SQL with hands-on experience writing complex queries and scripts in a Microsoft SQL Server environment
- • 1 to 3 years of industry experience in data analytics or healthcare
- • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- • Strong sense of accountability and ownership for delivering high-quality work
