📋 Description
- • This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to Organon's Client Services team, playing a vital role in three core areas: Global Service Transition, Data Analytics, and Knowledge Management. You will gain invaluable hands-on experience in enterprise operations, stakeholder communication, and data-driven decision-making within a dynamic, global healthcare environment, supporting Organon's mission to deliver ingenious health solutions.
- • As part of the Global Service Transition pillar, you will meticulously track project transitions from initiation to completion, generating regular reports to assess success metrics and pinpoint areas for enhancement. You will be instrumental in preparing comprehensive business presentations and effectively communicating project updates to frontline operations teams. A key responsibility will involve coordinating awareness of scheduled maintenance windows with frontline support to ensure seamless system availability and minimize unnecessary escalations. You will maintain detailed documentation of all transition plans, track progress meticulously, and confirm completion milestones. Furthermore, you will actively identify and contribute to process improvements within project transitions, including the exploration and application of emerging AI tools to boost efficiency.
- • Within the Data Analytics pillar, your role will involve conducting rigorous A/B testing for data integrity and quality assurance. You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop insightful presentations for stakeholder reporting, translating complex data into actionable business intelligence. A significant part of your contribution will be building and refining statistical models to effectively track KPIs and identify outliers. You will also be responsible for meticulously documenting all analytical processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure clarity and consistency.
- • In the Knowledge Management pillar, you will learn and apply enterprise best practices for the creation, maintenance, and governance of critical knowledge assets. You will actively participate in the entire knowledge production lifecycle, from initial content development through to publication and ongoing review. A crucial aspect of this role will be soliciting feedback from stakeholders and end-users to implement targeted improvements to existing knowledge assets. You will leverage data insights and customer feedback to proactively identify knowledge gaps, anticipate future content needs, and recommend innovative solutions.
- • About the team and company: Organon is a $6.5 billion global healthcare company dedicated to making a world of difference for women, their families, and the communities they serve. Our vision is clear: a better and healthier every day for every woman. This internship provides a chance to be part of a company that is investing in unmet needs in Women's Health, expanding access to leading biosimilars, and touching lives with a diverse and trusted portfolio of health solutions.
- • In this role, you will gain real-world experience in global service operations and client-facing analytics, developing a strong understanding of enterprise-level project coordination and stakeholder communication. You will acquire hands-on experience with data modeling and reporting in a production environment, and practical knowledge of knowledge management principles and content lifecycle governance. You will also benefit from mentorship from experienced professionals across Client Services and Operations, fostering your professional growth and development.
