- • The Clinical Data Analyst II plays a critical role in transforming clinical data into actionable insights that support clinical trial operations, data quality, and regulatory compliance. This position ensures that data from clinical studies is accurately processed, analyzed, and reported to enable informed decision-making across research teams.
- • Day to day, the analyst collaborates with clinical project teams to define requirements, develops and validates analytical reports and dashboards, automates data processing workflows, and maintains the clinical data warehouse. They independently program data transformations, integrate data from multiple sources, mentor junior staff, and ensure adherence to quality management systems and regulatory standards.

The Clinical Data Analytics team operates within a regulated industry environment, partnering closely with statisticians, clinical research staff, IT, and quality assurance to deliver high-integrity data solutions that support clinical study execution and submission.
- • In this role, the analyst will deepen expertise in clinical data management, advanced programming (e.g., Python, SAS, R, SQL), and healthcare data standards. They will gain experience leading technical projects, improving data processes, and contributing to SOPs and best practices—positioning them for advancement into senior analytical or leadership roles within clinical data science.
