- • Provide evidence-based psychological treatment to adult and/or child/adolescent clients in an outpatient clinical setting at LifeStance Health Group offices.
- • Deliver individualized mental health care for conditions including trauma, anxiety, mood disorders (e.g., depression, bipolar), chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, and adjustment-related disorders.
- • Address behavioral, social, and emotional challenges in clients through clinically validated interventions tailored to each patient’s needs.
- • Operate within a hybrid work model that combines in-person sessions at one of LifeStance Health’s outpatient office locations with telehealth services conducted from a home office.
- • Maintain compliance with all licensing, documentation, and ethical standards required for licensed psychologists practicing in Massachusetts.
- • Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care for patients across the LifeStance Health network.
- • Utilize standardized assessment tools and therapeutic modalities to evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- • Serve clients in one or more of the following office locations: Arlington, Auburn, Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, Canton, Chelmsford, Concord, Danvers, Easton, Framingham, Groton, Hopkinton, Lexington, Lynnfield, Mansfield, Medford, Medfield, Milford, Newton, Needham, North Andover, Northborough, Norwell, Norwood, Plymouth, Quincy, Raynham, Stoneham, Waltham, Wellesley, Weymouth, or Woburn.
- • Adhere to LifeStance Health’s mission of unifying mental and physical healthcare to improve access to affordable, trusted, and personalized behavioral health services.
- • Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision as required by organizational standards and state licensing regulations.
- • Document all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA and organizational electronic health record protocols.
- • Engage with patients and families to build therapeutic rapport, promote treatment adherence, and support long-term mental wellness.
- • Contribute to a culture of compassion, inclusivity, and clinical excellence within a rapidly expanding behavioral health practice group.
- • Maintain flexible availability to accommodate client scheduling needs, including potential evening or weekend hours as required by office location and patient demand.
- • Represent LifeStance Health professionally in all client-facing and interprofessional interactions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Licensed or license-eligible Psychologist with EdD, PsyD, or PhD
- • Experience providing evidence-based treatment for adults and/or children/adolescents with trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and related conditions
- • Eligibility to practice psychology in the state of Massachusetts
