📋 Description

• The Clinical Trial Manager serves as the clinical trial lead responsible for planning, conducting, and overseeing the operational aspects of clinical studies, ensuring compliance with protocols, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the primary clinical point of contact with clients, developing study documents, leading site feasibility and recruitment strategies, managing investigator relationships, overseeing CRAs and CTAs, managing eTMF, tracking submissions to authorities, generating metric reports, supporting CAPA development, managing investigational product processes, and assisting with audit preparations.
• Precision for Medicine is a specialized CRO that integrates clinical trial execution with deep scientific knowledge, laboratory expertise, and advanced data sciences, with a strong focus on Oncology and Rare Disease to improve the speed, cost, and success of bringing life-changing therapies to patients.
• The role offers the opportunity to lead complex clinical trials in Oncology and Rare Disease, develop expertise in global trial management, influence study success through strategic site selection and risk mitigation, and grow into broader project management or leadership responsibilities within a scientifically driven organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a science or health-related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 5-8 years of clinical research experience with significant clinical monitoring experience; Oncology (Phase I) trial experience in Australia preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service demeanor
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally including overnight stays
