- • As Tava Health rapidly scales its innovative online mental health platform, we are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Commercial Product Marketing Manager to spearhead our go-to-market efforts for employer- and partner-facing products. This is a pivotal, first-of-its-kind role designed to build the foundational enablement infrastructure from the ground up, acting as the crucial connective tissue between our Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Your impact will be immediate and profound, equipping our sales representatives with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed, accelerating deal velocity, and ensuring our commercial organization possesses a crystal-clear understanding of Tava's unique offerings and competitive advantages.
- • In this dynamic role, you will own the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for all employer and commercial initiatives. This includes meticulous launch planning, ensuring seamless stakeholder alignment across departments, and driving comprehensive readiness for each product release. You will be instrumental in crafting compelling launch narratives and developing detailed rollout plans that resonate with both internal teams and external audiences. Your responsibilities will encompass milestone communications, the strategic packaging of essential assets, and the critical task of translating complex product changes into clear, persuasive value propositions that speak directly to the needs and priorities of HR leaders and other key commercial stakeholders.
- • A core component of your role will involve developing and meticulously maintaining segmented commercial messaging frameworks. These frameworks will articulate clear value propositions, compelling proof points, crucial competitive context, and comprehensive FAQs, all tailored to resonate with our key buyer personas. These personas include, but are not limited to, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providers, Health Plan Partners, Care Navigation Partners, and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) Partners. You will also manage the creation of essential customer-facing collateral, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence across all touchpoints. This includes developing concise one-pagers, engaging product explainers, updating website copy to reflect new offerings, and creating robust onboarding resources that facilitate smooth adoption for our partners and clients.
- • Furthermore, you will be responsible for drafting and maintaining up-to-date help content and knowledge base articles specifically designed for our employer- and partner-facing audiences. This ensures that our clients and partners have easy access to the information they need to effectively utilize and understand Tava's platform.
- • To empower our commercial teams, you will build and maintain a centralized "source of truth" for all commercial GTM assets. This repository will house critical materials such as product overview decks, detailed training walkthroughs, timely release notes, and essential internal documentation. Your proactive approach will drive the adoption of these enablement materials among the commercial team, ensuring they are not only aware of but actively utilizing the resources provided. You will also be responsible for keeping these materials current and relevant in the post-launch phase, adapting to product updates and market feedback.
- • You will foster strong collaborative relationships by partnering on biweekly syncs with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. These regular meetings are designed to ensure continuous alignment on evolving needs, product roadmap developments, and GTM strategies. Your ability to integrate into engineering and product launch workflows will be paramount, ensuring that every product release is meticulously prepared for a successful GTM launch.
- • Beyond specific product launches, you will support broader company-level narratives that strategically align with and reinforce our commercial objectives. Your work will contribute to a cohesive and powerful brand story that resonates across all audiences, ultimately driving growth and market penetration for Tava Health's transformative mental health solutions.
