- • The Consulting Campaign Manager manages a defined portfolio of subscription-based marketing consulting clients and serves as the primary day-to-day consulting partner for executing structured, multi-channel B2C campaigns. This role is critical to delivering client success through strategic campaign execution, ensuring alignment with program frameworks while driving measurable results and client satisfaction within a subscription model.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading recurring client meetings to assess objectives and priorities, translating client goals into actionable campaign plans, owning end-to-end campaign lifecycle delivery (planning, coordination, approvals, deployment, reporting), interpreting performance data to generate insights, maintaining forward-looking campaign calendars, and coordinating cross-functionally across teams including operations, data, creative, production, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
- • The role sits within Velera, the nation’s premier payments credit union service organization (CUSO) and integrated fintech solutions provider, serving over 4,000 financial institutions across North America.
