- • The Content Production Specialist is responsible for performing quality assurance (QA) on technical and support content prior to publication, acting as the final validation point before content is released to premium customers. This role ensures content meets high standards of accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment, directly impacting customer experience and trust in Assurant’s products and services.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing Spanish and English content such as user manuals, videos, how-to guides, and troubleshooting articles for grammar, spelling, accuracy, formatting, categorization, device associations, and adherence to style guidelines; approving or rejecting content in the CMS with actionable feedback; collaborating with technical writers and QA specialists globally; identifying content gaps; and staying current on technology trends like IoT and consumer devices.
- • The role is part of a global, cross-functional team within Assurant, a Fortune 500 company that supports, protects, and connects major consumer purchases through innovative solutions in mobile device services, extended warranties, insurance, and more.
