- • The Contract & Budget Associate at Precision Medicine Group plays a critical role in supporting clinical research operations by developing, negotiating, and managing study budgets and legal agreements across European sites, ensuring alignment with study timelines and compliance with company standards.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and negotiating global study budgets based on protocol requirements, reviewing and drafting confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendments, coordinating agreement execution, updating study teams on contract status, maintaining contract files and databases, and identifying process improvements.
- • The role operates within the Site Contract Management team, collaborating closely with Clinical Operations study teams and internal/external stakeholders in a global, virtual environment to ensure contractual deliverables support timely study initiation and execution.
- • The associate will develop expertise in clinical trial contracting, budget negotiation, and regulatory compliance while gaining experience in cross-functional collaboration, process optimization, and contract lifecycle management in a fast-paced, remote-first setting.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent contract management experience, preferably in clinical research or a similar industry setting.
- • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements such as NDAs and Clinical Trial Agreements, including contract process management and tracking.
- • Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- • Proficiency in MS Office software and computer applications.
- • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a virtual environment while handling sensitive information with discretion.
