- • As a Core Robotics Team Lead at Sereact GmbH, you will lead a high-impact engineering team responsible for bridging advanced robotics research with real-world industrial deployment, playing a pivotal role in scaling transformative embodied AI solutions that redefine human labor across industries.
- • You will lead and mentor a team of 5+ engineers, manage the end-to-end development lifecycle of core robotics software from architecture to field deployment, foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement, and partner with AI, Product, and Hardware teams to deliver robust, scalable robotic systems.
- • Sereact GmbH is a rapidly growing embodied AI company revolutionizing human labor through cutting-edge robotics and AI, developing technologies that empower businesses to streamline operations, boost productivity, and unlock new possibilities across multiple sectors.
- • In this role, you will drive technical excellence, refine Agile practices, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and grow both your team’s capabilities and your own leadership impact while shaping the foundational robotics infrastructure of a fast-scaling innovator.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- • Proven track record in a leadership role (Engineering Manager or Team Lead) managing teams of 5+ people
- • Deep technical background in Robotics with experience in deployed systems operating in real-life conditions
- • Expertise in modern robotics software frameworks (ROS/ROS2) and programming languages (C++, Python)
- • Strong command of Agile software development practices and project management tools
- • Exceptional people management skills with a passion for mentoring and building high-performing technical teams
