📋 Description

• Corporate Finance & Strategy Analyst at Pave Bank, a fully licensed commercial bank redefining the convergence of traditional finance and digital assets, where you will support high-impact strategic initiatives and partner directly with senior leadership.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include developing medium-to-long-term strategic initiatives through financial modelling and market research, improving financial workflows via automation, conducting FP&A analysis (budgeting, forecasting, variance), supporting corporate development activities (M&A, partnerships), and assisting investor relations through financial models, pitch decks, and diligence responses.
• Join a dynamic, ambitious team led by second-time founders and industry leaders, gaining exposure to institutional banking, digital assets, and international markets with regular travel to Georgia and Dubai.
• This role offers deep exposure to strategic finance, fundraising, and corporate development, enabling you to build expertise in financial analysis, investor-facing communications, and cross-functional business strategy within a fast-growing fintech-bank hybrid environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Highly analytical with experience in financial modelling and preparing strategic or investor-facing materials (venture capital, investment banking, or consulting experience a plus)
• Previous experience in startups or fast-paced environments strongly preferred
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM tools and AI/automation tools a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
• Knowledge of digital assets and cryptocurrency is a plus but not required
