  • • As a Creator Manager at Darkroom Software, Inc., you will be at the forefront of our Creator Services division, spearheading client-facing creator strategy and execution. You will be the lynchpin ensuring that every campaign is not only strategically sound and operationally seamless but also demonstrably performance-driven across a spectrum of critical platforms, including the rapidly evolving TikTok Shop, established affiliate networks like Amazon affiliate and LTK, the expansive reach of YouTube, and other burgeoning commerce channels.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the central point of contact, fostering robust communication and collaboration between clients and creators. This involves a deep dive into understanding client objectives and translating them into actionable creator strategies. You will be instrumental in shaping the overall activation strategy, meticulously overseeing the end-to-end execution of creator campaigns, and ensuring that the creative output from our creators delivers tangible, measurable impact. Simultaneously, you must champion a positive and supportive creator experience, recognizing that satisfied and engaged creators are key to campaign success.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve leading creator and influencer strategy for your assigned client accounts. This includes presenting comprehensive strategies, delivering insightful performance analysis, and proposing data-driven optimization recommendations. You will be expected to build strong client relationships based on trust, transparency, and a proven ability to deliver results.
  • • The end-to-end execution of creator campaigns falls under your purview. This encompasses the critical stages of sourcing and vetting potential creators, negotiating and finalizing contracts, facilitating smooth onboarding processes, and diligently tracking campaign performance against key metrics. Your organizational prowess will be tested as you manage multiple campaigns and creator pipelines concurrently.
  • • You will be responsible for activating creators across a diverse range of platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, TikTok Shop, various affiliate programs, paid user-generated content (UGC) initiatives, Amazon, LTK, YouTube, and other emerging commerce channels. A keen understanding of the nuances and best practices for each platform will be essential for maximizing campaign effectiveness.
  • • A crucial element of your role is to ensure seamless integration between creator efforts and broader client objectives. You will partner closely with the Account Management team and the Content Studio to ensure that creator activities are strategically aligned with hero SKUs, commission structures, and overarching creative frameworks. This cross-functional collaboration is vital for cohesive and impactful marketing efforts.
  • • Proactive performance monitoring is non-negotiable. You will continuously track campaign performance, identify trends, and proactively recommend optimization opportunities to enhance results and ensure client satisfaction. This data-driven approach will be key to demonstrating the value of creator marketing.
  • • Operational excellence is paramount. You will manage critical administrative tasks such as usage rights, campaign timelines, deliverable tracking, and the effective utilization of CRM systems. Furthermore, you will contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of Darkroom's robust creator network infrastructure, ensuring its efficiency and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, UGC, or affiliate programs.
  • • Strong client management experience and comfort leading strategy conversations.
  • • Deep understanding of creator workflows, usage rights, and cross-platform activation.
  • • Experience with TikTok Shop and affiliate models preferred; exposure to Amazon affiliate, LTK, or YouTube Shopping is a plus.
  • • Analytical and performance-oriented, with the ability to translate creator output into measurable impact.
  • • Highly organized and confident managing multiple clients and creator pipelines simultaneously.
  • • Strong communicator with a creator-first mindset and commercial awareness.
