- • As a CRO Manager at Ruby Labs, you will be instrumental in driving the optimization of our innovative reverse lookup products, contributing directly to sustainable product growth and enhanced user experiences.
- • This role is designed for an individual with a robust foundation in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) who is eager to expand their expertise and collaborate with seasoned growth leaders.
- • You will operate with an AI-driven mindset, adeptly blending structured experimentation, in-depth product analytics, and cutting-edge AI tools to elevate performance across our user funnels.
- • Your primary focus will be on discovering critical optimization opportunities, meticulously designing and executing A/B tests and other experiments, and leveraging AI-assisted insights to refine user journeys.
- • By increasing conversion rates and supporting overall product performance, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our consumer-led products.
- • You will work in close partnership with the Senior Growth Manager, executing comprehensive optimization cycles across multiple product funnels.
- • Your involvement will span the entire CRO process, from initial research and hypothesis formulation to rigorous testing, insightful analysis, and successful rollout of improvements.
- • A key aspect of this role is an emphasis on execution quality, meticulous organization, and a commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- • This is a hands-on position; you will not be passively recommending changes but actively contributing to experiment implementation, ensuring accuracy, and translating data-driven insights into tangible, measurable improvements.
- • You will be responsible for supporting end-to-end CRO cycles, encompassing research, hypothesis generation, experiment design, testing, analysis, and the final rollout of optimizations, all in close collaboration with the Senior Growth Manager.
- • A significant part of your contribution will involve assisting with detailed funnel analysis to pinpoint friction points and identify key optimization opportunities within our diverse reverse lookup product funnels.
- • You will play a crucial role in translating strategic hypotheses into clear, actionable experiment requirements and comprehensive briefs for our engineering teams.
- • Close collaboration with engineering teams will be essential to guarantee that experiments are implemented with the highest accuracy and adhere to stringent quality standards.
- • You will meticulously track the status, results, and key learnings from ongoing experiments across various product funnels, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.

- • Maintaining and regularly updating the experimentation backlog will be a core responsibility, ensuring that priorities, current statuses, and all relevant documentation are consistently accurate and up-to-date.
- • A critical function will be documenting all learnings derived from experiments and actively contributing to the development of a structured, accessible experimentation knowledge base for the team.
