- • This is a full-time remote Summer Internship focused on customer experience measurement programs, offering students the chance to support data-driven improvements in survey engagement and response rates.
- • The intern will analyze Qualtrics survey distribution performance by building invite funnels, auditing data quality, creating dashboards in Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce, and recommending actionable improvements to increase opens and responses.
- • Part of an award-winning internship program at Calix, Inc., the role involves cross-functional collaboration with CX, Success, Marketing, and Sales Ops teams to validate findings and communicate insights.
- • The intern will gain hands-on experience in VoC program operations, performance reporting, dashboarding, and insight storytelling while building a portfolio of analytics deliverables for future use.
🎯 Requirements
- • Currently pursuing a degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, Economics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
- • Strong analytical skills with experience cleaning, joining, and summarizing datasets.
- • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups; Power Query a plus).
- • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, or Tableau.
- • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- • Available to work for the full Summer break (May–August or June–September).
