- • As a Customer Insights Data Analyst at Concentrix, you will play a critical role in transforming customer feedback into actionable business insights that drive strategic decisions for global brands. You’ll work within the VOC Analytics team to analyze voice of the customer data, helping companies improve customer experience, satisfaction, and loyalty through data-driven storytelling and consultation.
- • Day to day, you will analyze large datasets to uncover trends and patterns, build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau, consult with clients to define business questions, translate analytical findings into clear narratives, and present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply statistical methods such as segmentation and key driver modeling, and explore innovative approaches using Python, R, or generative AI.
- • You’ll join Concentrix’s Technical Products and Services team, a global leader in intelligent transformation, where you’ll be surrounded by experts in data, design, and technology. 🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social sciences, market research, business analytics, or a related field
- • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, market research, voice of the customer, or quantitative analysis
- • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills
