- • As a Customer Success Executive, you will be an integral, embedded partner within our client health systems, embodying the spirit of a forward-deployed team member akin to those found in top-tier consulting firms. This role demands a significant presence at client sites, typically multiple days per week, to ensure the successful implementation, operationalization, and scaling of Hippocratic AI's groundbreaking solutions.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to own the entire post-sale customer journey. This involves meticulously understanding client workflows, configuring our AI solutions to meet specific needs, driving successful rollout strategies, and fostering deep adoption across nursing and clinical operations. You will be the key driver of measurable outcomes and durable, positive change within real-world clinical settings.
- • You will cultivate and nurture robust relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders within the healthcare system, including front-line clinical staff, operational leaders, executive management, and IT departments. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through the adoption and integration of our AI technology, ensuring they derive maximum value.
- • A core aspect of this role involves leading product implementations. You will meticulously align our AI solutions with existing nursing workflows and established operational processes, ensuring a seamless integration that enhances, rather than disrupts, daily activities. This requires a deep understanding of both our technology and the intricacies of healthcare operations.
- • You will be responsible for training nursing teams and other healthcare professionals on the effective and efficient use of Hippocratic AI's solutions. This training will focus not only on initial adoption but also on ensuring sustained success and continuous improvement in how the AI tools are utilized to enhance patient care.
- • A critical function of this role is to proactively identify opportunities where our AI tools can significantly improve clinical workflows and elevate patient care outcomes. This includes focusing on critical areas such as bedside care and the broader spectrum of healthcare operations, leveraging AI to drive tangible improvements.
- • You will manage the day-to-day interactions with clients, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective communication channels are maintained. This includes proactively addressing any operational concerns or challenges that may arise during the implementation and adoption phases.
- • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with internal Hippocratic AI teams, including Product, Sales, and Engineering. Your role will involve relaying crucial client feedback to inform product development, influencing roadmap priorities based on real-world usage, and contributing to the continuous improvement of user experiences and product functionality.
- • You will be tasked with establishing and rigorously tracking key performance metrics. These metrics will encompass vital areas such as improvements in patient care outcomes, rates of team adoption, and gains in operational efficiencies. The results will be presented clearly and effectively to both client stakeholders and internal teams, demonstrating the value and impact of our solutions.
- • This role requires extensive travel to various healthcare facilities to provide direct onsite support and conduct training sessions. Additionally, you will participate in strategic in-office sessions at Hippocratic AI headquarters, fostering team cohesion and contributing to company-wide initiatives.
- • You will partner with client leadership teams to share valuable insights and best practices derived from AI implementation successes. This may include presenting at industry conferences and webinars, highlighting the transformative impact of AI in nursing and broader health system operations, positioning Hippocratic AI as a thought leader.
- • Ultimately, you will be the embodiment of customer success within assigned health systems, acting as the primary point of contact and execution lead, ensuring our clients achieve their strategic objectives through the effective use of Hippocratic AI's technology.
