  • • As a Customer Success Executive, you will be an integral, forward-deployed partner embedded directly within client healthcare systems. This role is akin to a high-impact position within a top consulting firm's forward-deployed team, requiring a significant presence onsite at client locations multiple days each week. Your primary responsibility will be to own the post-sale execution of Hippocratic AI's solutions, ensuring seamless implementation, deep operationalization, and successful scaling within real-world clinical environments.
  • • You will act as the primary point of contact and execution lead for Hippocratic AI within your assigned health systems, working in close partnership with the Customer Success Director. This involves a deep dive into client workflows, configuring solutions to meet specific needs, and driving adoption across nursing and clinical operations. Your success will be measured by the tangible, positive impact on patient care outcomes, team adoption rates, and overall operational efficiencies.
  • • Key responsibilities include conducting thorough workflow discovery to understand current processes and identify areas for AI integration. You will be responsible for the configuration and rollout of our AI solutions, ensuring they align perfectly with existing nursing workflows and broader operational strategies. A critical aspect of this role is building and nurturing robust relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, from frontline healthcare staff and operational leaders to executive teams and IT departments. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding them through the adoption and optimization of our technology.
  • • Training will be a significant component of your role. You will empower nursing teams and other healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize Hippocratic AI solutions, fostering ongoing engagement and ensuring sustained success. Beyond implementation and training, you will proactively identify opportunities to enhance workflows and elevate patient care outcomes through the strategic application of our AI tools, with a particular focus on bedside care and overarching healthcare operations.
  • • You will manage the day-to-day client interactions, ensuring clear, consistent communication and promptly addressing any operational challenges or concerns that arise. This role demands close collaboration with our internal product, sales, and engineering teams. You will be the voice of the customer, relaying crucial client feedback to influence product roadmap priorities and drive continuous improvements in user experience and solution efficacy.
  • • Establishing and meticulously tracking key performance metrics is essential. This includes monitoring patient care outcomes, measuring team adoption rates, and quantifying operational efficiencies. You will be responsible for presenting these results clearly and compellingly to both client stakeholders and internal teams, demonstrating the value and impact of Hippocratic AI.
  • • Extensive travel to healthcare facilities for onsite support and training is expected. Additionally, you will participate in strategic in-office sessions at Hippocratic AI headquarters, fostering team cohesion and contributing to company-wide initiatives. You will also collaborate with client leadership teams to share best practices derived from AI implementation successes, potentially presenting at conferences and webinars to showcase the transformative impact of AI in nursing and health system operations.
