  • • As a Customer Success Manager at Greenhouse Software, you will be instrumental in guiding our mid-market clients to achieve their organizational goals by transforming their hiring processes. This role is far more than just relationship management; it requires a deep dive into each customer's unique objectives to help them leverage Greenhouse effectively, thereby driving and improving their overall hiring strategy.
  • • You will serve as a proud advocate for our customers, acting as their voice within Greenhouse. This involves being compassionate, responsive, inventive, and consistently effective in addressing their needs and concerns.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be that of a teacher. You will empower customers by helping them learn and navigate the Greenhouse platform, inspiring confidence and guiding them towards achieving 'hiring enlightenment' – a state where their hiring processes are optimized and successful.
  • • You will be a natural helper, adept at smoothing out any challenges or 'bumpy roads' that customers might encounter. Your ability to win hearts and minds will be crucial in fostering strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • • You will develop into a trusted subject matter specialist, gaining an in-depth understanding of Greenhouse's products, services, and methodologies. Your creativity and inventiveness will be essential in devising solutions that meet diverse customer needs.
  • • As an excellent teammate, you will not only focus on the granular details of customer accounts but also possess the ability to see the 'big picture.' You will proactively contribute ideas to elevate the entire Customer Success team and refine our internal processes.
  • • You will own and manage a portfolio of customer relationships, consistently demonstrating the value that Greenhouse provides and ensuring high levels of customer happiness and engagement.
  • • You will enthusiastically provide support and mentorship, drawing upon your comprehensive knowledge of Greenhouse products, services, and best practices.
  • • You will act as a crucial liaison, advocating internally for customer needs and feature requests. This involves collaborating closely with Greenhouse's internal Support, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure customer feedback directly influences product development and service improvements.
  • • You will partner effectively with our Implementation Strategists throughout the customer onboarding process. This includes assisting with configuration, data migration, and other critical steps to ensure a successful launch and adoption of Greenhouse for new clients.
  • • You will collaborate with high-profile and fast-growing companies, working hand-in-hand with them to revolutionize their hiring processes and achieve significant improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
  • • This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, possesses a consultative approach, and is passionate about helping businesses succeed through strategic use of technology.
  • • You will be responsible for understanding customer business objectives and translating them into actionable strategies using the Greenhouse platform.
  • • Proactively identify opportunities for customers to expand their use of Greenhouse and drive further value.
  • • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and reinforce the value proposition.
  • • Contribute to the development of best practices, playbooks, and resources for the Customer Success team.
  • • Stay abreast of industry trends in talent acquisition and HR technology to provide informed guidance to customers.
  • • Manage customer escalations effectively, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
  • • The ultimate goal is to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes, leading to high retention rates and strong advocacy for Greenhouse.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of direct experience in customer success OR talent acquisition.
  • • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • • Strong objection handling and ability to articulate value.
  • • B2B/SaaS experience.
  • • Experience in the HR/TA industry (a plus).
