📋 Description

• • As a CX Specialist (French & English speaker) at Too Good To Go, you will be the face of the brand for users and partners, turning them into ambassadors by providing efficient and friendly customer care while inspiring action against food waste.
• • Day to day, you will be the main point of contact for users and partners via email, chat, and phone; answer inquiries through social media tools (Facebook, App Store, Play Store, Google Reviews); handle priority situations with care; proactively contact users and stores when necessary; help build and implement processes to encourage sustainable lifestyles; act as a brand ambassador in all communications; and communicate customer needs and motivations to internal teams locally and globally.
• • You will join the Canada superstar team at Too Good To Go, a certified B Corporation with a mission to fight food waste through its marketplace app that connects businesses with surplus food to consumers, having already saved 517 million meals and avoided nearly 1,397,000 tonnes of CO2e across 21 countries.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in customer experience within a mission-driven tech company, build strong communication and problem-solving skills, gain experience with CRM systems, and contribute to meaningful environmental impact while working in a diverse, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
